Repeating Myself for Simple Things Sunday

Have you grown tired of it yet? Tired of the constant gushing over the sweetness of my boys.
Well, considering that most days, my future self is the only one reading this blog, I'm going to let myself slide and state it again. :-)

I will never grow tired or take for granted the willingness of my boys to pose for me over and over and over and over. The best part is, sometimes they make the offer without my even asking. It's so sweet. While they don't mind posing for me, I do know it's not on their top ten list of favorite things to do. Yet, here it is a carefree Sunday morning and Enzo comes to me all dressed in khakis and a solid color shirt (which he knows I prefer over one with a logo or character on it) and says, "Mom, do you want to take pictures?

Be still my heart.

I checked the status of the sun, I checked my mental list of photos I want to take and we headed to the living room for take 2 on the no-shirt-blue-jeans session. (Yes, I made him change his clothes after he dressed just for me... see? see how much they love me?)

So that's what I got. One freckle-faced, shiny-eyed sweetie in black and white. I, for one, will never grow tired of his generosity, his cuteness or his sweet face helping me to appreciate the simple things.
