I'm not claiming great originality or artistic license here, but I really wanted to see if I could make my very-homemade-looking bread look appealing and, of course, fresh. And (excuse me while I polish my nails on my lapel) I think I did. It's exactly what I was going for, which is always a good result.

P52/Week 2: "Fresh"
The P52 theme this week is "Fresh." Anyone who knows me will not be surprised at my quick turnaround time on this one. 'Bread Woman' that I am. So only one thought came to mind, as opposed to my many last week, but I knew if I did it right, it would be good.
