I was fooling around with my camera while the boys did their banjo practice. I snapped a few shots while they played and talked about their lesson. They're so good at ignoring me. :-)
Not much came of it, the light was not great andI was a bit uninspired by some of the sameness I was seeing.
But, looking back on the photos, this one struck me. I love the contemplative, yet mischievous look on Nico's face. When they make their debut banjo recording one day, this could be in the liner notes, and yes, the jammies would be an important part of the story.
Posting this on Sweet Shot Tuesday.
I love this image... he looks so very confident and relaxed.

Hi Kel,
ReplyDeletethanks for stopping by my blog and commenting on my sweet shot. I love this pic...of your son?? I think it's your son. Anyhow, I too love the contemplative look on his face as well. He also looks like he is so comofortable...his self when he is behind the banjo. Wish i could here him play. Love the banjo. You really captured him in the moment.
Thanks, Cheryl. It is my son and he definitely has fun with that thing. If you'd really like to see it, here's a link to a video of him having fun with his brother, who also plays, and our dog, who they taught to "sing along!"
